Ingredients

• 3 ½ cups apple juice
• 4 habaneros
• 1 large yellow onion
• 3 garlic cloves
• ½ ketchup
• 1 Tbs Worcestershire
• 6 unwrapped Caramel Creams

Instructions

1. ​Cut the onion into quarters and place on a sheet pan with habanero peppers directly under the broiler for approximately 1-2 minutes per side or until charred.

2. Add apple juice, garlic, charred onion and habaneros into a saucepan and simmer for 25-30 minutes.

3. Allow to cool for a few minutes and then add to a blender (or food processor). You can remove habaneros to reduce the level of spiciness.

4. Once blended, place in a saucepan on medium-low heat. Add ketchup, Worcestershire, and unwrapped Caramel Creams until they have fully melted. Immediately use the sauce or store in refrigerator for later.
