Busy Day Caramel Mug Cake

This cake is filling, and can be completed in less than 10 minutes! Perfect for people always on the go.

Ingredients

• 5 Goetze’s Caramel Creams candies
• Mug cake mix of your choice (Duncan Hines used)
• 3 Tbs. water
• 1 Tbs. Half & Half

Supplies

• Coffee Mug
  
• Knife
• Cutting Board
• Spoon

Instructions

1. Pour the pouch of mug cake into your mug. Add 3 Tbs. of water and stir well.

2. Dice 3 Caramel Creams into small pieces, add them to your mug, and stir well.

​3. Microwave for about 1 minute or until the cake mix is set. Let it sit to cool while making the topping.

4. In a separate microwaveable glass bowl, dice 2 more Caramel Creams and stir together with 1 Tbs. of Half & Half.

5. Microwave in 5 second increments until the candy is melted. Drizzle or spread on top of your mug cake, and enjoy!
