Unwrap your caramel candies and set aside.
Tape about 2 feet of parchment paper to the counter.
Fill each 8oz mason jar with each color of candy melts.
Place the mason jars in the crock pot and fill it with water until the water covers about 2/3 of the jars.
Turn the crock pot on high. Stir the the candies as they soften.
Once the candies have melted, dip your caramels into your favorite colors and then place them on the parchment paper to cool. You can use your fingers to dip the Cow Tales® and a fork to scoop out the Caramel Creams®.
Before they cool, decorate your caramels with sprinkles.
Allow the caramels to completely cool before re-dipping, or decorating with additional candy melt colors.
