Recipe: Caramel & Vanilla Pudding Cups with Graham Cracker Crust

Caramel & Vanilla Pudding Cups

Made with a graham cracker crust, topped with whipped cream, and filled with bursts of caramel, these vanilla pudding cups are perfect for parties!

Ingredients

One 4oz bag of Caramel Creams®, chopped
3/4 Cup of graham cracker crumbs
3 Tablespoons of butter, melted
3 Teaspoons of sugar
1/8 Teaspoon of salt
One 4.6oz box of cook and serve vanilla pudding
3 Cups of milk
Six 8oz mason jars with lids
(or twelve 4oz mason jars with lids)

Instructions

Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar and salt together until combined. Press 1/8 cup of the mixture into each mason jar. Evenly distributed chopped Caramel Creams® into each jar and set aside.

In a saucepan combine milk and pudding mixture and cook following package directions. Once finished pour 1/2 cup of cooked pudding into each mason jar. Close with lid and place in refrigerator overnight. Top with your favorite whipped cream and serve.
